** Return service is not supported 

You can exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of receipt.

If you need to exchange the goods, please contact us within 7 days, and we will exchange the goods for you according to the situation.

(Liku Edu fun mat provides one-year warranty. Customers can exchange the goods within one year according to the situation and need to cooperate with the following conditions

      1. Customer must retrieve the repaired product with the official receipt.

      2. If the customer fails to provide a formal sales invoice, the company will not provide maintenance services.

      3. The components that have been taken for damage will belong to AmazeJW International Limited.

      4. The warranty period will only be calculated based on the purchased date of receipt or invoice. The warranty period will not be extended after repairs.)

 

    • If the product is returned due to the quality of the product, the shipping cost of the returned product will be borne by the seller. For returned goods due to style, color, size, personal preference, etc., the shipping cost of the product is borne by the customer.
    • Except for the products that are marked as “no return”, all products can only be exchanged once. When it has been exchanged for once, the item will no longer accept returns or replacements.
    • If you returned item does not meet the exchange conditions, we will return it to you by ordinary post. If you request to return the goods in other ways, you will have to charge for extra shipping charges.

 

**You cannot request exchange if:

  1.  The item(s) is/are not traded by Amazejw.com
  2.  Any actual delivery date is more than 7 days if the application for return is not processed and the package is sent (the actual delivery date shall be the date of delivery);
  3. Any non-quality problems identified  (including but not limited to: abnormal use and storage; abnormal cleaning of products that cause quality problems);
  4. Commodities with incomplete accessories (including but not limited to: the tag is missing or has been cut from the commodity; the product accessory manual, the product label, the product warranty is missing or damaged, etc.);
