Delivery policy

  Shipping Methods: Basic charge: 
1. Pick up at AmazeJW warehouse: HK$0
2. Pick up at SF Store:  Free for charge if the order is over HKD$500

If the order is less than HKD$500, shipping fee are required
3. Pick up at EF locker: Free for charge if the order is over HKD$500

If the order is less than HKD$500, shipping fee are required

**Note: Only applicable if the product weighs are less than 3kg or size are less than 45(L)x35(W)x31(H)cm
4. Pick up at post office using EC ship: Free for charge if the order is over HKD$500

Only avalible for order over $500

**Note: The weight and Height should not over:
Weight：2kg
Size：The total length, width and thickness should not larger than 900 mm. The largest dimension should less than 600 mm。
5. Deliver to door: Free for charge if the order is over HKD$500

If the order is less than HKD$500, extra charge HKD$100 are required for shipping

2. EF locker：(Order more than HKD$500, free of charge)

Please visit SF website: https://eflocker.com/eflocker-location /  and write down the selected EF locker address, short name and code. 

**Note：Only applicable if the product weighs are less than 3kg or size are less than 45(L)x35(W)x31(H)cm

**Some of the EF locker offer extra large cabinet. 45(L)x35(W)x87(H)cm  Please visit the website above

 

Manual：

A. Once your order(s) arrive your selected Locker, SF Express will send you an
SMS with a login code. You need to pick up the item within two days.
 
B. Enter the 6-digit code from SMS and click “Pickup”.
 
C. Locker’s door will be opened automatically and you can then collect your
parcel(s).
 
D. Make sure you collect the right item, then close the locker’s door.

 

**If customer didn’t pick up within 30 hours, our company would not arrange the delivery again. Customer will need pick up by themselves at our store. 

 

The shipping fee will be charged by SF Express at the time of delivery or when  customer pick up the package

**客人可於貨品寄出前向本公司查詢預計運費金額，預計運費跟實際收取運費之金額未必相同

**所涉及之運費不屬本公司控制範圍

**若貨品於指定日子內因未被領取而退回，本公司不會再次寄出，客人需到本公司辦公室或門市自取

 

3. Pick up at SF store

Due to inventory restrictions of SF Station, the package maximum package size is: 70x40x32cm  Weight restriction: 20kg or less

**If customer didn’t pick up within 30 hours, our company would not arrange the delivery again. Customer will need pick up by themselves at our store. 

 

4. EC-ship by Hong Kong Post 

If the order is less than $500，EC-ship is not provided to use. 

“Package” must follow the following condition: 

(i)  The weight and / or size must exceed：

Weight：500 g

Size：305 mm x 381 mm x 20 mm(H)﹔

(ii) At the same time，the weight and size cannot exceed：

Weigth：2kg

Size: The total length, width, and thickness must not exceed 900 mm, and the largest dimension must not exceed 600 mm 

Mail collection Manual

Step 1: Receive SMS notification and password.

Step 2: After arriving at the post office, present the SMS notification to the counter staff. After confirm detail information, you can collect the package.

 

5. AmazeJW Deliver to door (order over HKD$500，enjoy free deliver to door service)

  1. The order more than HKD$500, free deliver to door service is included 
  2. The order less than HKD$500, additionally charge HKD$100 will be charged of deliver to door service. 

**Areas Surcharge $50

**Additionally charge for floor without elevator $30

(The additional charges shall be paid to the delivery staff directly)
